Welcome to Shawcuterie! Shawcuterie is a privately owned small business specializing in charcuterie boards, fruit platters, crudites, and other offerings to add some pizzazz to your special event.

Shawcuterie proudly serves the Denver Metro area, and is owned and operated by Amy Shaw (thus the SHAWcuterie name). Founded in 2022, Shawcuterie takes pride in designing and creating boards and platters that are pleasing to the eye and the palate. These creations can be the centerpiece of your special event, but they can also be the ideal option for small gatherings; think poker night, committee meetings, or date night. The possibilities are endless!

I am happy to customize orders to suit your needs, whether you prefer the classic can’t-go-wrong crowd pleasers (also known as “things people recognize and can pronounce”), or a more upscale selection of fine international cheeses and pâte. Menu offerings are subject to availability, seasonal or otherwise, but I will always strive to deliver the finest selections to meet your requests. I am passionate about creating beautiful and delectable offerings, and exceeding your expectations.
